Before your visit
Reservation confirmation
Selecting a date and sending an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after all requirements are completed and an official WhatsApp confirmation states the chalet and reservation dates.
Bank transfer
The reservation amount must be transferred to the official bank account specified by management. Transfers to any other account are not accepted, and the guest must provide the transfer receipt and the reservation holder’s name.
Reservation details
The full name, phone number, number of guests, check-in and check-out dates, and any information required to manage the stay must be provided.
