Proposed Reservation & Stay Rules
Please read these policies before sending your enquiry. Clear details help us arrange a comfortable stay for everyone.
Selecting a date and sending an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after all requirements are completed and an official WhatsApp confirmation states the chalet and reservation dates.
Reservation confirmation
Selecting dates through the website or sending a request through WhatsApp is only a preliminary enquiry. A reservation becomes confirmed after management approval, receipt of the required payment, and an official confirmation message stating the chalet name and check-in and check-out dates.
Bank transfer
The reservation amount must be transferred to the official bank account specified by management. Transfers to any other account are not accepted, and the guest must provide the transfer receipt and the reservation holder’s name.
Reservation details
The full name, phone number, number of guests, check-in and check-out dates, and any information required to manage the stay must be provided.
Identification
The reservation holder and all adult guests must provide a valid Emirates ID or passport when requested. Entry by any unregistered person or exceeding the approved guest count is prohibited.
Reservation holder
The reservation holder must be an adult, remain present throughout the stay, and be responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with these rules.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval and may incur additional charges.
Guest count
The maximum occupancy specified for each chalet must not be exceeded. The count includes overnight guests, visitors, and children. Management may refuse entry to additional persons or terminate the stay if this rule is breached.
Visitors
Unregistered visitors are not permitted without management approval. The reservation holder is responsible for the conduct of every visitor.
Permitted use
The chalet may be used only for private, quiet accommodation. It must not be used for any commercial or unlawful activity.
Parties and events
Parties, gatherings, events, and outdoor sound systems are prohibited unless management gives prior written approval and all required permits are obtained.
Quiet hours and disturbance
Guests must maintain quiet and avoid disturbing neighbours or surrounding farms. Loud noise and the use of speakers outdoors are prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
General conduct
Fighting, threats, harassment, conduct contrary to public order or public morals, and any behaviour that endangers people or property are prohibited.
Prohibited items
Bringing, possessing, or using narcotics, weapons, fireworks, or any item prohibited by law is forbidden.
Alcoholic beverages
Bringing or consuming alcoholic beverages inside the chalet or farm is prohibited. This is a specific COZAVIE property rule and applies to every reservation.
Smoking and shisha
Smoking and shisha are prohibited inside rooms and enclosed buildings. They are permitted only in outdoor areas designated by management, with waste disposed of safely.
Fire and cooking
Lighting fires, charcoal, or barbecues outside designated areas is prohibited. Tampering with alarms, fire extinguishers, or emergency exits is prohibited.
Children
Children must remain under adult supervision, particularly near the pool, stairs, kitchen, and outdoor areas. Management is not responsible for children left unattended.
Swimming pool
The pool is used at the guest’s own responsibility, and children require direct adult supervision. Running, dangerous diving or jumping, glass, and food are prohibited in the pool area.
Pets
Pets are prohibited unless management gives prior written approval. The reservation holder is responsible for any resulting damage or additional cleaning costs.
Furniture and facilities
Furniture must not be moved from its designated place, equipment must not be tampered with, and towels or linens must not be used for purposes other than those intended.
Cleanliness
The chalet must be returned in a clean and acceptable condition. Additional cleaning charges apply when excessive waste, stains, odours, or damage beyond normal use are left behind.
Refundable security deposit
A refundable security deposit of AED 500 is paid before check-in. It is returned within 24 hours after check-out following inspection of the chalet. The cost of damage, missing items, or exceptional cleaning may be deducted, with the deduction explained to the reservation holder.
Damage and missing items
The reservation holder is responsible for the cost of any damage, loss, or breakage caused by them or their guests. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, the reservation holder must pay the difference.
Keys and access methods
Copying a key or sharing an access code with any unregistered person is prohibited. The reservation holder is responsible for the cost of a lost key or replacement of the access method.
Photography
Personal photography is permitted while respecting the privacy of others. Commercial or advertising photography and drone use require written approval and any required official permits.
Security cameras
Security cameras may be used at entrances and in outdoor areas only for protection and safety. No cameras are placed in bedrooms, bathrooms, or private spaces.
Data protection
Identity and reservation data are used only to manage the stay, safety, and regulatory compliance. They are stored securely and are not used for marketing without the data subject’s consent, in accordance with the UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law.
Faults and maintenance
The guest must inform management immediately upon discovering any fault, leak, or hazard. Repairs or modifications to equipment and facilities must not be attempted without permission.
Emergencies
In an emergency, the guest must call 999 for Police, 998 for Ambulance, or 997 for Civil Defence, and then notify chalet management.
Violations
Management may terminate the stay immediately for violations of safety rules, exceeding the guest limit, holding an unauthorised party, disturbing neighbours, or committing an unlawful act. Termination does not release the violator from paying for damage or outstanding amounts.
Acceptance of the rules
Completing the reservation and receiving the confirmation message means the reservation holder accepts these rules and agrees to inform all guests of them.
Statutory rights
These rules apply without limiting consumer rights or responsibilities established under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Completing the reservation and receiving the confirmation message means the reservation holder accepts these rules and agrees to inform every guest of them.
